Why is the Retainer Non-Refundable?

The non-refundable retainer is essential for securing your wedding date and guarantees that I allocate that day solely for you. As a professional makeup artist, I frequently receive multiple inquiries for the same date. Once your retainer is paid and the contract is signed, I must decline other potential bookings for that day to fully commit to your event.

This policy assists in covering the following:

1. Time and Availability

Your date is reserved exclusively for you, which means I will decline other brides who may be interested in booking the same day.

2. Business Costs

Administrative time invested in scheduling, communication, and preparation leading up to your wedding.

3. Commitment to Your Experience

From our initial consultation to the wedding day, I dedicate my time and expertise to providing a seamless and stress-free experience.

Due to these factors, the retainer is non-refundable. Should your plans change, I am pleased to accommodate rescheduling whenever feasible based on my availability.

Bridal Services

Bridal Makeup:

• $180 (Includes strip lashes, full-size lip color, and a touch-up kit for the day)

• Experience a luxurious and customized application designed around your vision, ensuring that you radiate confidence and beauty on your special day.

Bridal Party Members (Each):

• $150 (Includes strip lashes and a touch-up kit for the day)

• Achieve a flawless and long-lasting makeup look, designed to enhance the bride's beauty while perfectly complementing your bridal party’s natural charisma.

Bridal Preview (Strongly recommended for best results)

• $180 includes strip lashes

• Local Travel Fee (within an hour of travel time) $150 (Subject to adjustment based on the travel distance)

• $2 per mile one way if travel exceeds one hour

• As a traveling artist, I deliver a top-tier salon experience right at your location, ensuring comfort and convenience. The trial session is a crucial opportunity to collaborate and finalize your wedding day look, guaranteeing it aligns perfectly with your vision. This session is a chance to explore various styles and create a flawless, stress-free plan for your unforgettable day.

Second Makeup Artist:

• $150

• Essential for larger groups (over 7 people), ensuring that everyone is ready on schedule without feeling rushed.

Travel Fees & Setup

Local Travel:

• $150 for local travel (within an hour of travel time)

• The travel cost is $2 per mile one way for travel time exceeding one hour

• This fee covers transportation and setup within a reasonable region.

Extended Travel:

• For travel that exceeds a 3.5 hour round trip, overnight accommodations will need to be arranged by the client.

Holiday Upcharge

• $250

• Applies to weddings that occur on Labor Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, New Year’s Eve/Day, and Christmas Eve/Day.

Budgeting Example for a Typical Bridal Party of 6

Here’s a precise outline to guide you in estimating your total makeup expenses:

Additional charges may apply for hiring a second artist, longer travel distances, holiday fees, or overnight accommodations based on your location and group size.
